Conrad E. Girard

Pawtucket – Conrad E. Girard, 85, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (Bois) Girard. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Henry and Amy (Legare) Girard. A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Conrad proudly graduated in 1953 from the Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. He was the proprietor of the former Girard Electric, Pawtucket and the co-owner of G&H Realty, Easton, MA. Conrad enjoyed traveling with his wife, being outdoors, collecting coins and spending time with his family. Besides his wife, he is survived by five children, Stephen Girard and his wife, Paula-Jean, of Rumford, Paula Levesque and her husband, Rick, of Burrillville, Lori Pfeil and her husband, Gerard, of Attleboro, MA, Arnold Fontaine and his wife, Sharon, of PA and Shari Bitsis and her husband, Kosta, of Seekonk, MA; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two sisters, Diane Cooper of North Attleboro, MA and Elise Newton of AZ.
