Clarisse "Claire" J. Noury

Charlestown – Clarisse “Claire” J. (Lafreniere) Noury, 77, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 6, 2016. She was the beloved wife of Ernest A. Noury for forty-eight years. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Theodore and Rena (Deslauriers) Lafreniere, she resided in Central Falls for most of her life before moving to Charlestown in October of 2013. Claire was a manager in the Women’s Apparel Department at K-Mart, South Attleboro until retiring and was previously employed by Texas Instruments and the Bruce Diamond Corporation. Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Lynne A. Womack and her husband, Donald, of Priceville, Alabama and Dawn M. Sokolosky and her husband, Roger, of East Greenwich; a son, Keith E.
