Claire R. Rancourt

Pawtucket- Claire R. (Bebeau) Rancourt, 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 25, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Antoine G. Rancourt, together they had celebrated 50 years of marriage. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Blanche E. (St. Germain) Bebeau. Claire was an avid bowler and card player. She was also a volunteer at the Community Food Pantry, Benefit St., Pawtucket and was actively involved with the RIARC, Blackstone Valley Chapter. She leaves four children, Rita J. Rancourt, Paul E. and his wife, Lu-Ann Rancourt, George P. Rancourt all of Pawtucket, and Dennis R. and his wife, Sherry Rancourt of St. Petersburg, Florida; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and was the great-grandmother of the late Shane M. Rancourt. Claire also leaves a sister, Helen Viens of Pawtucket. She was the sister of the late Edward and George Bebeau and Irene Grossi. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
