Claire L. Gosselin

Pawtucket – Claire L. (Depoutot) Gosselin, 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 5, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Oscar Gosselin for seventy years. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Lionel and Lucy (Johnson) Depoutot. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, Claire was a communicant of St. Cecilia Church, where she hosted many New Year’s Eve parties for the community in the parish hall. She loved playing cards, bowling, camping, gardening and traveling with family and friends. Claire had a fighting spirit with a heart of gold, and was loving to everyone she met. She will be sadly missed by her children and fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend.
