Attleboro – Claire T.

Bradshaw, born in Pawtucket, and resided most of her life in Massachusetts, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the age of 87.

She was the caregiver to her parents and her sister Mary until their passing.

In her younger years she grew up on her parents’ farm in Attleboro and helped with whatever needed to be done.

She enjoyed attending church and all their functions with her friends.

Auntie was always a fashionable dresser who loved her costume jewelry as well.

She enjoyed collecting trinkets.

Bingo was a favorite past time of hers as well as visiting family and friends.

In her later years after being diagnosed with dementia she went to live at Christopher Heights Assisted Living in Attleboro.

As her dementia progressed, she then went to live at Wingate at Norton.

A year later, her brother Carl also came to reside at Wingate, and between the two of them, they made the place entertaining for everyone and they were loved by all.

She was involved in all the activities and enjoyed completing puzzles and making arts and crafts.

She always loved to dance and continued to do so even though in a wheelchair.

After Wingate closed she lived out her remaining years at Garden Place in Attleboro.

She was the 6th youngest of eighteen children born to the late Joseph and Irene (Jacob) Bradshaw.

Sister to her late siblings, Harold, Richard, Joseph, Russell, George, William, Raymond, Leo, Francis, Andrew, James, and Donald Bradshaw, Rita Marland, Doris Cummings, Dorothy Standring, and Mary Bradshaw.

She leaves one remaining sibling, Carl Bradshaw.

She leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as her lifelong best friend, Mary Titus.

Her funeral will be held on Monday at 8 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish, Coyle Dr., Seekonk.

Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.

VISITATION will be held on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish, 385 Central Ave., Seekonk, MA 02771 would be appreciated.
