East Providence – Ciro M.
Formisano, 91, of Rumford, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018.
He was the beloved husband of Pauline B. (Gendron) Formisano for forty-seven years.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Ciro M., Sr. and Helen (O’Connell) Formisano, he resided in Rumford over fifty years.
Ciro was a World War II, U.S.
He was a Quality Control Engineer at Texas Instruments, Attleboro for thirty years until retiring in 1988.
Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Audrey Anderson of North Providence; a son, Michael Formisano of Florida; two step-daughters, Deborah A.
Carolina and Linda R.
Marrocco of Cranston; fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late Oscar “Sal” Formisano and the step-father of the late Donald R.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.
Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave.
Interment with Military Honors will follow at St.
Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
