Christine "Tina" Charpentier

Warwick – Christine “Tina” (Tetreault) Charpentier, 78, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2026, surrounded by the love of the family that meant so much to her. She was the loving wife of the late Roger Charpentier. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Josephine (Czech) Tetreault.

Those who knew Christine knew just how big her heart was. She was the kind of person who always went above and beyond for others, often putting the people she loved before herself. Her kindness and generosity touched many lives.

Christine also had the very best laugh, the kind of laugh that was unmistakably hers and could make everyone around her smile. It is one of the many things her family will miss most.

She loved holidays and all the time, traditions, and memories that came along with them. Throughout her life, she also had a special love for her dogs, each of whom held an important place in her heart and her home.

More than anything, Christine loved her family. The love she gave so freely will live on through her sons, her granddaughters, and everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

Christine will be deeply missed, but her family will always remember the way she cared for others, her heart of gold, her wonderful laugh, and, most of all, the love she brought into their lives.

She leaves behind her sons, Michael Charpentier and his wife Kerrin, and Paul Charpentier; and her cherished granddaughters, Emelia and Sadie Charpentier. She is also survived by her siblings, Marty Tetreault and his wife Sue; Barbara Swindells; and Jim Tetreault and his wife Ann; her sister-in-law, Susan Charpentier; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Lindy Charpentier; and her sister-in-law, Jean Charpentier. Christine also loved many nieces and nephews on both the Tetreault and Charpentier sides of the family.

She was also predeceased by her brothers-in-law, Rene Charpentier and Jack Swindells.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00AM at the WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.

VISITATION will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 4:00PM-7:00PM.
