Charlotte A. Storm

Charlotte A. Storm, 70, of Dover, Delaware, formerly of East Providence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 19, 2013. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles P., Sr. and Alice K. Storm. Charlotte was the proprietor of Wonderworld Travel Agency, Dover, Delaware for over 20 years, and traveled the world extensively in her leisure time. Charlotte was an amateur photographer and enjoyed photographing the different places she visited. She also loved to paint and tend to her garden. Charlotte was a member of the Republican Women’s Club and treasurer of the Dover Republican Party. She leaves a sister, Arlene Storm of Fairfax, Virginia. She was the sister of the late Charles Storm, Jr., Joseph Storm and Theodore Sartoian. VISITATION will begin on Sunday at 1 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
