Charles "Charlie" P. Hebert

Attleboro – Charles “Charlie” P.

Hebert, 85, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, surrounded by his family.

He was the beloved husband of Jeanne I. (Messier) Hebert for nearly sixty years.

Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Leo and Bernadette H. (Robert) Hebert.

A veteran of the U.S.

Army National Guard, Charlie served during the Vietnam Era.

He worked as a produce manager at the former Almacs Markets for forty years prior to retiring in 1995.

Charlie was a longtime communicant of St.

Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, So.

Attleboro, and served as an usher for many years.

Charlie enjoyed the craft of woodworking, traveling and reading.

Aside from his many talents and hobbies, Charlie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

Besides his loving wife, he is survived by four daughters, Gloria Lemos and her husband, Helio, Diane Rebello and her significant other, Glenn, Maryanne Smith and her husband, Ryan and Julianne Thornton and her husband, Chuck; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas, Stephanie, Jennifer, Brendan, Brian and Evan; four great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Kaiden, Kodi and Karter; a sister, Marie L.

Bergeron and many nieces and nephews.

He was the grandfather of the late Matthew, and brother of the late Leo R.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, beginning with visitation at 8:00 a.m. in WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. in St.

Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, 18 Baltic St., So.

Attleboro, followed by interment at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St.

Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St.

Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
