Agaty, 82, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015.

He was the beloved husband of Elaine H. (Abdelahad) Agaty for 33 years.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Moussab) Agaty.

Charlie was a Korean War U.S.

He was the proprietor of the former Agaty’s Market for over forty years before retiring in 1995.

Charlie was a member of St.

Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church where he served as a chanter and was a member of the choir; Parish Council and the Order of St.

He was a member of E.

Freeman Lodge No. 41 and Overseas Lodge No. 40.

Besides his wife, he leaves a sister, Elaine B.

Swistak and her late husband, John of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews.

He was the son-in-law of Nora and the late Charles Abdelahad of Pawtucket and the brother-in-law of Sandra and George Matook of Johnston and Rev.

Michael and Selma Abdelahad of Shrewsbury, MA.

He was the brother of the late Margaret Tager and her late husband, Anthony.

VISITATION will be Tuesday 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in St.

Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 249 High St., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 11 a.m.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Church would be appreciated.
