Cecille E. Atkins

Pawtucket – Cecille E. (Arnold) Plante Atkins, 92, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Leo Plante and Henry L. Atkins. Born in Canada, the daughter of the late Joseph and Valeda (Carrier) Arnold, she resided in Pawtucket most of her life. Cecille was a volunteer at area food banks and enjoyed baking and sewing. She leaves two daughters, Judy Tymko and her husband, Edward of Kernersville, North Carolina and Eileen Menard and her husband, Laurent of Hope Valley; a stepdaughter, Donna Simon and her husband, Louis of North Providence; five grandchildren, Kevin Tymko, Tracy Tymko, Lisa Menard-Manlove, Jennifer Menard and Laurent Menard, Jr.; six great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. She was the stepmother of the late William Atkins and the sister of the late Roland, Florent and Raymond Arnold. VISITATION will begin Saturday at 10 a.m. at WILLIAM W.
