Cecile L. Salois

Pawtucket – Cecile L. (Couturier) Salois, 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 30, 2021.

She was the beloved wife of the late Norbert J.

Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Panteleon and Rose (Laplante) Couturier.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, Cecile was a communicant of St.

Cecilia Church and a past member of the Women’s Guild.

She worked as a bookkeeper at the former FRAM Corporation, East Providence, prior to retiring in 1984.

In addition to spending cherished time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Cecile also enjoyed baking, playing the piano, making puzzles and knitting.

She is survived by five sons, Raymond J.

Salois and his wife, Mary, of Woonsocket, Roland T.

Salois and his wife, Linda, of Woodstock, GA, Ronald N.

Salois and his wife, Linda, of Pawtucket, Roger L.

Salois and his wife, Lynn, of Attleboro and Robert G.

Salois and his partner, Robin Schwartz, of Johnston; many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a sister, Irene Mercure of East Providence.

Her funeral will be held on Friday beginning with visitation at 9:00 a.m. in WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St.

Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment with her late husband will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
