Catherine "Cathy" A. Ferguson

Pawtucket - Catherine “Cathy” A. (Devine) Ferguson, of York Ave., passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on Thursday morning at the Philip Hulitar Home & Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Doris E. (Kohn) Devine.

Cathy was a 1962 Graduate of St.

Patrick’s High School.

She worked for Equitable Life Assurance Company; Nyman Manufacturing; Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Laurelmead Co-operative.

She enjoyed dancing, reading, listening to music and tending to her many house plants.Cathy was the devoted mother of John S.

Ferguson of Pawtucket, and the sister of John J.

Devine, III of Rehoboth, MA and Marian E.

Barrett of Chepachet.

She also leaves a nephew, John Devine and two nieces, Sarah and Amanda Barrett.

She was the devoted mother of the late Paul A.

Ferguson.Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.

Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

VISITATION will be Monday 4-8 p.m.
