Caroline M. Kortenbeutel

Pawtucket – Caroline M. (Bociek) Kortenbeutel, 77, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph, Sr. and Stella (Stahecki) Bociek.

Caroline attended Pawtucket West High School and lived in the city most of her life.

She worked in production at Gloria Duchin for over thirty years prior to retiring in 2008.

Caroline enjoyed watching horror films and listening to music from Elvis Presley and Frankie Valli.

She was an avid animal lover who adored her Chihuahua mix rescue, Merlin.

She is survived by a daughter, Sherry A.

Silva and her husband, Scott, of Pawtucket; a granddaughter, Victoria A.

Silva, also of Pawtucket; four siblings, her twin sister, Catherine Dupras of Pawtucket, Ann Landry of Connecticut, Gladys Reed of Cumberland and John Bociek, also of Cumberland, and several nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Joseph Bociek, Jr.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
