Caroline J. Downs

Woonsocket – Caroline J. Downs, 68, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip Bullen. Born in Ware, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Jean (Graham) Downs, she had resided in Jensen Beach, Florida and Chepachet before moving to Woonsocket seven years ago. Caroline enjoyed music and reading and was a very active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She leaves five children, Lavender M. Harstad and her husband, Richard Marengo, Georgianna Karpoff, Lester Brooks, Kimberly Brooks and Cassandra Wise; a brother, Charles Downs and his wife, Susan, and nine grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, June 1st at 2 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 551 Central Pike, North Scituate, RI.
