Carol L. Dorais

South Attleboro – Carol L. (Mooney) Dorais, 68, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.

She was the beloved wife of David L.

Dorais for fifty-two years.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Harold L. and Dorothy V. (Drape) Mooney, she resided in South Attleboro most of her life.

Carol was a mammography aide at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro for over twenty-five years until retiring in 2011.

She was a longtime member of St.

Paul’s Episcopal Church, Pawtucket.

Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Tracie Dorais and Robin Dorais both of Attleboro; two granddaughters, Lauren Jette of Attleboro and Linsey Jette of Swansea and several nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Harold Mooney, Elizabeth Malloy, John Mooney, James Mooney, Dorothy Benoit and Cheryl Forant.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, June 8th at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Requiem Eucharist at 10 a.m. in St.

Paul’s Episcopal Church, 50 Park Place, Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro.

VISITATION will be Wednesday 4 to 8 p.m.
