Carl M. Brunt

Johnston – Carl M. Brunt, 75, a retired photographer and musician, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, a son of Marjorie L. (Brown) Conti of Pawtucket and the late Willard Brunt, he resided in North Providence, before moving to Johnston over thirty years ago. Carl was a Korean War U.S. Air Force veteran. Besides his mother, he leaves a daughter, Erika A. Walters and her husband, Cadmon Whitty and two step grandsons, Seth and Patchen Whitty all of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was the nephew of Addison and Joanne Brown of South Attleboro and Joyce Duarte in Tennessee; cousin of Vivian J. Rondeau and her husband, Rene Samson of Mapleville, RI. He also leaves a niece, Kelly Pandolfi of Central Falls. He was the brother of the late Peter Conti. Services with Military Honors will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter.
