Bertha Scully

Seekonk – Bertha (Hoogasian) Scully, 95, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward “Ted” Scully. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Eli and Lucy (Parasigian) Hoogasian. Bertha was a class of 1940 graduate of Pawtucket High School (Tolman) and worked as the office manager of her family’s business, the former Hoogasian Dairy & Bonnie Brook Milk, Pawtucket. She leaves many beloved nieces and nephews. Bertha was the mother of the late Bruce E. Scully and the sister of the late Sable and Sidney Hoogasian, Lucia Tamamian, Isabel Hoogasian, Esther Manian and Rose Seropian. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Services on Saturday at 10 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Church, 70 Jefferson St., Providence. Interment will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Pawtucket. VISITATION will be Friday 5 to 8 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
