Pawtucket – Barry Robert, 71, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 19, 2024.

He was the beloved husband of Kathleen J. (Jendza) Robert for fifty-two loving years.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Roland and Dorothy (Mandeville) Robert.

Barry worked for over thirty-one years at General Dynamics, having retired as the Materials Planner several years ago.

He enjoyed playing Cribbage with his friends at the Leon Mathieu Senior Center in Pawtucket and was a longtime coach and volunteer for the Darlington American Little League.

Barry also loved caring for his yard and was very particular about his lawn, he also enjoyed woodworking, plumbing and building model cars.

Above all, he was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, who will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he has touched over the past seventy-one years.

Besides his loving wife, Barry leaves three children, Michael B.

Robert and his wife, Julie, of Pawtucket, Marc P.

Robert and his wife, Stefanie, of Bismarck, Arkansas, and Melanie A.

Albuquerque and her husband, George, of Seekonk; eight grandchildren, Mackenzi, Natalee, Austin, Morgan, Cameron, Kylie, Noah, and Mya; two siblings, Susan Lembo and her husband, Michael, of Lincoln, and Dennis Robert and his wife, Kathleen, of Pawtucket; a sister-in-law, Nancy Robert of Pawtucket, and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Robert and Lee Robert.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, April 25th at 10 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St.

Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.

VISITATION will be held on Wednesday, April 24th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
