Barbara M. Turgeon

Attleboro – Barbara M. (McGee) Turgeon, 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 23, 2014 with her devoted husband of 63 years, Aime G. Turgeon by her side. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Robert J. and Elizabeth T. (Keough) McGee, she resided in South Attleboro over 60 years. Mrs. Turgeon was a supervisor at Attleboro Mutual Insurance for 28 years until retiring in 1999. She was a communicant of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church. Mrs. Turgeon enjoyed traveling and had visited 44 countries while traveling along with her husband. Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Paul G. Turgeon of Norton and Michael P. Turgeon and his wife, Christine of Providence; two granddaughters, Haley and Jessi Turgeon and a sister, Kay McDonald of Enfield, CT. Her funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, 18 Baltic St., South Attleboro. Interment will...
