Barbara J. Olet

Rumford – Barbara J. (Benoit) Drolet, 76, passed on Friday, January 28, 2022. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Ange Albert and Marie (Courtemanche) Benoit. Barbara had resided in Pawtucket before moving to Rumford in 2000. She was a volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She leaves a daughter, Suzanne M. Goldsmith; two sons, Lance A. Drolet and his wife, Kara, and Todd P. Drolet; a brother, Thomas A. Benoit and his wife, Virginia; four grandchildren, Damien Drolet, Zachariah Goldsmith, Audrey Drolet and Anders Drolet. Services will be held Thursday at 12 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
