Aurette G. Stumm

Pawtucket – Aurette G. (Duphily) Stumm, 101, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014.

She was the wife of the late Philip K.

Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Origene and Marie Rose (Bonin) Duphily, she resided in Central Falls and Pawtucket most of her life.

Aurette was employed by Hasbro, Pawtucket and Central Falls for many years until retiring in 1976.

She leaves a son, Douglas A.

Stumm and his wife, Anita in Ohio; a daughter, Virginia D.

Salois and her husband, Donald of Pawtucket; a son-in-law, John Vass of Franklin, MA; a sister, Doris Castilloux of Pawtucket; nine grandchildren, Roger Vass and his wife, Sandi, Robert Inderlin, Lisa Vass, Michelle Vass, Brenda Nolte and her husband, Michael, Douglas Stumm and his wife, Lynn, Wayne Stumm, Scott Salois and his wife, Shala-Ann and Gregory Salois and his wife, Trissy; seventeen great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She is the mother of the late Monique R.

Vass; grandmother of the late Marc Stumm and the sister of the late George and Marcel Duphily.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.

Joseph Church, 195 Walcott St., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.

VISITATION will be Monday 4 to 7 p.m.
