Cranston - Audrey Gouras, 72, a beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on Friday, August 8th, 2025. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Peter C. and Eve (Bouris) Gouras. Audrey resided in Seekonk before moving to Cranston twenty-eight years ago.
She was a dedicated IT Specialist in the banking industry, where she worked diligently for many years until retiring from BankRI in 2010. Her colleagues remember her as a consummate professional who was always willing to lend a helping hand and share her vast knowledge.
Audrey's passions extended beyond her professional life. She was a motorcycle enthusiast who cherished the freedom of the open road. In her younger years, she was an avid equestrian, finding joy in horseback riding and attending horse shows. Her love for animals was evident throughout her life.
She is survived by her sister, Paula Gouras of Seekonk, MA, a nephew, Peter Agliata and his wife, Emily, and their children, Luca and Elliott and a niece, Katharine Agliata. She was the sister of the late Elaine Gouras.
