Pawtucket – Armand “Chipo” O. Janelle, 92, passed away Monday, August 26, 2013. He was the beloved husband of the late Alice L. (Tetreault) Janelle. Born in the Hebronville section of Attleboro, a son of the late Domino and Felicite (Brousseau) Janelle, he resided in Pawtucket since 1947. Armand was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the Philippines during World War II. He was employed by Automatic Machine Products, Attleboro for forty years, until retiring thirty years ago. After his retirement, he worked part-time for fifteen years at Seekonk Manufacturing. Armand was a longtime member of the Darlington Congregational Church. He leaves two sons, David A. Janelle and his wife, Cindy of Pawtucket and Ron Janelle and his wife, Melanie of Johnston; a brother, Raymond Janelle of Attleboro; six grandchildren, Brian, Joseph, Michael, Matthew, Bonnie and Sherrie Janelle and six great-grandchildren, Samantha, David, Alexandra, Tyler, Alexandra and John.
