Arliene Ann Kittell

Cumberland – Arliene A. (Paulin) Kittell, 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 28, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Roderick Hereth and the late Robert Kittell.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Helen (Booker) Paulin.

Arliene was the eldest of eleven children and played an important role growing up with her siblings.

She later dedicated herself to her own family while maintaining responsibilities outside of the home.

Arliene worked at the former Health-Tex and the fomer Chuck Wagon Caterers, both of Central Falls, and at the former Ann & Hope in Cumberland where she worked in the employee cafeteria.

She retired from the former Owens-Corning Fiberglass, Corp. in Cumberland when the plant permanently closed.

Arliene was an avid card player and considered to be a card shark by her family.

She enjoyed hosting many Thursday nights with her siblings playing card games around the table.

Family meant everything to Arliene and her presence will be missed by many.

She is survived by her four children, Stephen M.

Hereth and his wife, Patricia, of Pawtucket, Kevin M.

Hereth and his wife, Gale, of Pascoag, Christopher A.

Hereth and his wife, Kerri, of Pawtucket and Debra A.

Desautels and her husband, Rudy, of Pascoag; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; eight siblings, Joan Plante, Alfred, Richard, Donald and Jeff Paulin, Linda Moreau, Mitchell and Karen Paulin, and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Patricia Griswold and Roger Paulin.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St.

Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment with her late husband Roderick will follow at Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd., Providence.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
