Antwanet Kasatli

Pawtucket – Antwanet Kasatli, 95, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 16, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late George H. Baalbaki. Born in Damascus, Syria, she was a daughter of the late George Kasatli and Nazira Abouhatab. Antwanet first came to the United States in 1980, and enjoyed frequent visits to Syria until settling in Pawtucket ten years ago. She leaves five children, Nabil Baalbaki of Pawtucket, Rosette Baalbaki Eid of Damascus, Syria, Rowayda Baalbaki Shouaa of Damascus, Syria, Eli Baalbaki of Pawtucket and Rania Baalbaki Salhany of Pawtucket; thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Mary Kasatli Shaghouri. Due to the current pandemic restrictions, Services followed by interment at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Pawtucket, will be private. Visitation and flowers are respectfully omitted. Memorial gifts to St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 249 High St., Pawtucket would be appreciated.
