Beebe, Arkansas – Annette B. (Tardiff) Guilmette, 96, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 4, 2022.
She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth R.
Guilmette who passed away in 1990.
Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Rosa-Anna (Camire) Tardiff.
Cecilia School and went on to become a talented seamstress by trade, and she also did upholstery.
She worked for Paul Barabas Designs in Pompano Beach, Florida for 25 years as their workshop manager where custom draperies, valances, upholstery were made for homes and yachts, etc.
Annette’s specialty was what was called “fancy work”.
Annette was active at her Catholic church in Pompano Beach and loved making cakes for members of the church on birthdays and special occasions.
She also loved playing Bingo, reading, and playing games.
Annette relocated to Arkansas where she enjoyed ranch/country life as she had a great love of animals, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Annette leaves two children, Kenneth Guilmette in Virginia, and Janice “Jan” Anders of Beebe, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Todd, Michael, Evette, and Jessica; eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by all her siblings.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, June 10th at 10 a.m. in St.
Cecilia Church of St.
John Paul II Parish, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket, followed by interment with her late husband at Notre Dame Cemetery.
Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St.
Jude’s Children’s Hospital Cancer Research, 501 St.
Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
