Anne H. Libby

Seekonk – Anne H. (Love) Libby, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late William H. Libby, Jr.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late David A., Sr. and Margaret C. (Stewart) Love. Anne had resided in East Providence before moving to Seekonk in 1968.

She enjoyed her work as a buyer for the Brown Book Store. Anne was a member of the Seekonk Congregational Church, Seekonk Friends of Friends and a volunteer and a member of the Board of the Seekonk Council on Aging.

She leaves her daughter, Carolyn S. Libby-Catalano with whom she made her home; a brother, David A. Love, Jr. and his wife Linda, of East Providence; a granddaughter, Laura L. Catalano of Seekonk, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews. She was the sister of the late Jean S. Armstrong.

Services followed by interment at Rumford Cemetery will be private. Visitation and flowers are respectfully omitted.
