Anne R. Leitao

Attleboro – Anne R. (Roderick) Leitao, 90, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021.

She was the beloved wife of the late Joaquim “Jack” R.

Born in East Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Caroline (Baptista) Roderick.

Anne worked as the switchboard operator at La Salette Shrine in Attleboro for over forty years and volunteered countless hours over many years at the shrine during the annual Christmas display.

She enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends alike.

Anne will be lovingly remembered by all who came to know and love her over the past ninety years.

Anne leaves twin sons, Donald J.

Leitao and his husband, Scott Campbell, of Provincetown, and Ronald J.

Leitao and his wife, Leslie, of Taunton; twin daughters, Linda M.

Courtois and her husband, Randy, of Attleboro, and Dianne M.

Foss and her companion, David Ohanesian, of Cranston; a brother, John Roderick of Cranston; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was the grandmother of the late Kristy (Foss) Pacheco and the sister of the late Florence Holland.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend public VISITATION on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave, Pawtucket.

The service and interment in the family lot at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, will be private.
