Anna M. Britton

Seekonk – Anna M. (Wehner) Britton, 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 27, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond L. Norberg and the late Bruce G. Britton. Born in Germany, a daughter of the late Joseph P. and Katharina M. (Landsiedel) Wehner, she came to the United States in 1946 and settled in East Providence. Anna has resided in Seekonk since 1993. She was the Activities Director at the Bethany Home, Providence for twenty-two years before retiring in 1992, and was a member of the Rumford Grange for many years. She leaves five sons, David Norberg and his wife, Lisa of Rehoboth, Christopher Norberg and his wife, Jody of Pawtucket, Fred Talbot and his wife, Carra in California, James Talbot and his wife, Sue in Texas and Edward Talbot of Foster; a stepson, Donald Britton and his wife, Kathy of Rumford and many grandchildren.
