Jouklaris, 94, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2013.

He was the beloved husband of the late Nora (Greenwood) Jouklaris and the late Joan (McGovern) Jouklaris.

Born in Vithos, Kozanis, Greece, he was a son of the late Peter and Theologia (Kampergianis) Jouklaris.

Andrew received his preliminary education at Nashua Grammar and High School, and later attended the University of Athens and Northeastern University in Boston, where he majored in mathematics.

While studying in Boston, he was inducted into the United States Army as a Tech Sergeant and served overseas and at Fort Adams, Newport, during the Second World War.

Andrew worked as a chef at the Stone Ends and Millstone Restaurants in Attleboro; later he worked for Saga Foods until his retirement.

He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and he was especially proud of his Greek Heritage.

Andrew leaves two children, Catherine M.

Thibaudeau of Warren and Peter W.

Jouklaris of Somerset; six grandchildren, Charles Thibaudeau, Jr, Andrew Thibaudeau, Alex, Sara, Michael and the late Aaron Jouklaris; a step-grandson, Brian Ledoux; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Catherine Polyoreos in Greece and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late, George and Betsy Jouklaris.

His funeral will be held Monday at 10 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 11 a.m. in The Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 97 Walcott St., Pawtucket.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at St.

Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Warren.

VISITATION will be Sunday 2 to 5 p.m.
