Fonseca, 58, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, August 02, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in Brava, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of Adelina (Galvao) Fonseca and the late Joseph M.

Andaluza worked as an inspector for Interplex in East Providence for ten years.

She was a selfless caregiver to her mother and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She will be greatly missed by the lives she touched.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her brother, Guilherme Fonseca of Pawtucket; five sisters, Nidia Fonseca of Pawtucket, Celina Leitao and her husband, Benvido, of East Providence, Maria Lopes and her husband, Antonio, of Pawtucket, Lucy DeSousa and her husband Walter of Plainville, MA and Angela Pesare and her husband, Edward, of Greenville, and eleven nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.

Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Entombment will follow in Swan Point Cemetery.

VISITATION will be held on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m.
