Pawtucket – Alice R. (Lapierre) Carlson, 89, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis M. Carlson. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Edward C., Sr. and Lea (Fortier) Lapierre. Alice was a clerk at Stone-E-Lea Golf Course, Attleboro for many years until retiring. She was a member of St. Leo’s Senior’s group and enjoyed walking, Bingo and playing cards. She leaves two sisters, Lea E. Meunier and Jeannette D. Tanguay both of North Attleboro and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Estelle C. L’Etoile, Irene R. Donahue, Edward C., Albert G. and Leo N. Lapierre. VISITATION will begin Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in the Church of St. Leo the Great, 697 Central Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Attleboro. Please omit flowers, memorial gifts to St. Leo’s Food Pantry would be appreciated....
