Alice D. Beaucage

Pawtucket – Alice D. (Aurelio) Beaucage, 91, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

She was the beloved wife of the late Maurice C.

Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Delima R. (LaChance) Aurelio.

Alice was a fulltime homemaker and mom, who cared tirelessly for her late husband, and all of her seven children, eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

In her younger days, Alice enjoyed needlepoint stitching and preparing delicious home cooked meals.

Alice’s home had an open door to all of her family and friends, where there were always welcomed in “Alice’s Kitchen”.

She always enjoyed sharing a pot of coffee and her famous meatballs and sauce with her family and friends.

Alice leaves five children, Dennis Beaucage of North Providence, Maureen Dunn and her husband, Joe in Florida, David Beaucage and his wife, Donna, of Charlestown, Gail Cardozo of Pawtucket and Sandra Andrea and her husband, Brian, of Coventry; four sisters-in-law, Rose Babigian of Warwick, Terri Beaucage and her husband, Jean, of Seekonk, Claire Valquette of Pawtucket and Eileen Beaucage of Cumberland; eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Donald and Daniel Beaucage; mother-in-law of the late Andrea Beaucage and sister of the late John Aurelio and his wife, Dorothy, Margaret Hammond and her husband, Francis, Joe Aurelio and Albert Aurelio and his wife, Delcia.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.

Mary Church, 103 Pine St., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.

VISITATION will be Monday 4 to 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman Ave., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 will be appreciated.
