Alice M. Barbeau

Pawtucket – Alice M. (Froment) Barbeau, 84, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 13, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond G. Barbeau. Born in Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Oscar J. and Juliette (Groulx) Froment. Alice was a member of the PEAL Club and enjoyed, Cooking; sewing; shopping; traveling and bowling. Above all Alice was a devoted mother and grandmother. She leaves four children; Donald R. Barbeau of Pawtucket, Diane A. (Barbeau) Vaughn of Gray, Maine, Jeffrey J. Barbeau of Lincoln, and Carol A. Barbeau of Gray, Maine; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Alice was one of nine siblings. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a. m. in St. Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
