East Providence – Alfred A. Goyer, 96, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013. Husband of the late Libra S. (Dagata) Goyer. Father of Betty J. Richard of Burrillville, Elaine S. Nazare of East Providence and the late Robert A. and Thomas J. Goyer. Grandfather of 6 including the late Greg Goyer; great-grandfather of 4 and great-great-grandfather of 3. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Alfred and Beatrice (Dalton) Goyer. Alfred worked for the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad for 37 years until retiring. Funeral Tuesday at Noon from the CHEETHAM Funeral Home, 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 1 p.m. in Notre Dame Cemetery Chapel, Pawtucket.
