Coventry – Albert A. Casavant, 63, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. He was the husband of Patricia (Morin) Casavant. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Edgar E. and Theresa M. (Sorel) Casavant. Albert retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service and served during the Vietnam War era. He then worked as a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service for 18 years until retiring. Al was an avid gun collector and was a member of the Wincheck Gun Club, Coventry and the NRA. Besides his wife, he leaves two children, Adam M. Casavant and his wife, Cari of Westerly and Sarah L. Lincourt and her husband, Joshua of Coventry; five grandchildren, Daelynn Casavant, Violet Lincourt, Joshua, Jeffrey and Catlin Richardson; eleven siblings, Robert, Suzanne, Rita, Pauline, Eugene, Janet, Peter, Paul, Marie, Frances and Michele and many nieces and nephews.
