West Warwick – Alan Kinnel, 64, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 6, 2023.
He was the beloved husband of Linda L. (Caine) Kinnel for twenty-five years.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Francis and Gladys (Overton) Kinnel.
Alan worked for many years in the trucking industry and was most recently a CDL driving instructor.
He enjoyed following NASCAR and attending races at Seekonk Speedway.
Alan was a hard worker and enjoyed life’s simple pleasures.
Along with his loving wife, Alan leaves six daughters, Trisha Kinnel and her companion, Nick Rodrigues, of Burrillville, Rosemarie Gallo and her husband, Jonathan, of West Warwick, Amanda Martineau and her husband, Joshua, of West Warwick, Danielle Kinnel and her companion, Joseph Nadeau, of Burrillville, Kayla Harrison and her husband, Raymond, of Milford, Connecticut, and Rebecca Kinnel and her companion, Troy Frazier, of West Warwick; six siblings, Gail Lallier of Vito, Florida, James Kinnel and his wife, Susan, of Seekonk, Janet Tremblay of Deltona, Florida, Francis Kinnel of Pawtucket, John Kinnel and his wife, Janice, of Johnston, and Jean Moreau and her husband, Richard, of Cumberland; a sister-in-law, Elaine Kinnel of Seekonk; nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Robert Kinnel and brother-in-law of the late John Lallier.
VISITATION concluding with wake prayers will be held on Friday, March 10th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
