Pawtucket – A. Bertrand Brais, 95, a retired carpenter, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 23, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Florence J. (St. Germain) Brais. The couple had been married for seventy-one years. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna G. (Metivier) Brais and the stepson of the late Blanche Brais. Mr. Brais was a World War II U.S. Army Air Corps veteran and a longtime member of LeFoyer. Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Bertrand D. Brais and his wife, Mary Lou, and Paul J. Brais and his late wife, Geralyn; a sister-in-law, Blondine Brais; three grandchildren, Jennifer Jasper, Shaina and Daniel Brais and four great-grandchildren, Alexander and Jordan Teguis, Mia Jasper and Jackson Desrosier. He was the brother of the late Theresa DeCourcy, H. Roland Brais and Constance Milot. VISITATION will begin Monday at 9 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment with Military Honors...
