Ann L. Mills

Pawtucket – Ann L. (Clement) Mills, 82, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday, November 10, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Richard J. Mills, Sr for sixty-four years. Born in North Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Larry and Louise (Hainey) Clement. Ann worked for many years at Swank in Attleboro and went on to work for over twenty-three years as a cashier in the cafeteria at Jenks Junior High School, until retiring several years ago. She and her husband loved to travel, taking day trips all around New England and the neighboring states. Ann also loved Sunday drives, gardening and completing crossword puzzles. She was devoted to her family and will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who will be fondly remembered by all whose lives she has touched over the past eighty-two years. Besides her beloved husband, Ann leaves a son, Richard J. Mills, Jr. and his wife, Sherri, of Pawtucket; six grandchildren, Shawn, Mitchell, Brittany, Erin, Heather and Brenda ; thirteen great-grandchildren, Breanna, Kora, Makenzie, Kaleigh, Jason, Jr., Debbie, Natalia, Mila, Jaiden, Olivia, Andre, Amiyah and Jasiah; six siblings, Rita Inman of Rehoboth, Agnes Killingworth of Foster, Andrew Clement of Cumberland, Donald Clement of Cranston, Leo Clement of Pawtucket, and Raymond Clement of Rehoboth, and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Debra Massey and Linda Mills, the great-grandmother of the late Tyler and Brayden Massey, and the sister of the late Larry Clement. The funeral will be held on Friday, November 15th at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Mount Saint Mary Cemetery. VISITATION will be held on Thursday, November 14th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
