Pawtucket – Erbano “Al” Cabral, 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2012. He was the beloved husband of the late Teresa (Lopes) Cabral. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Manuel and Antonia (Francisco) Cabral. Mr. Cabral worked over 30 years as a foreman and crane operator at the Washburn Wire Co., retiring in 1990. He was an avid follower of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. Erbano leaves a daughter, Carol A. Sawyer of Pawtucket; two grandchildren, Scott A. Iacabbo-Sawyer and his wife Jessica of Cranston and Brian A. Sawyer and his wife Nicole of Pawtucket and four great-grandchildren; Parker Iacabbo-Coffey, Austen and Zachary Iacabbo-Sawyer and Emma Sawyer. Services will be private.
